Joey joins Romulus from McKinsey & Company, where he was a Business Analyst. In this capacity, Joey consulted companies on matters related to talent strategy, digital technology monetization, sales operations, and digital capabilities diagnostics.

As a Harvard undergrad, Joey was one of 16 entrepreneurs selected in a pilot accelerator hosted by Harvard iLab, IDEO, and Fidelity. There, he worked on a startup that focused on a B2B data visualization tool in the 401K space.

Joey holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Harvard University.

Outside of work, where can you be found?

Board game night, rock climbing wall, in the living room painting.

What’s something few people know about you?

My family immigrated to the U.S. when I was in 1st grade. I didn’t speak English at the time so I got held back in elementary school, but I still remember the first time I initiated a conversation. I went up to a group of my classmates during recess and said, “Hey guys,” then I coolly walked away. I’ve never looked back since.

What inspires you?

People pursuing their obsessions and passions with relentless focus and drive. I think that’s why I become so energized whenever I interact with entrepreneurs!
