The SoundTracker-Romulus story:

Daniele was friendly with a member of the Romulus team, and his vision of making music—a critical consumer medium—more local and social was compelling. We were excited by Soundtracker’s successful launch on the App Store and by the strong user base it had built in emerging markets.

Romulus value in action: Relationship-driven. Soundtracker’s management was close to individuals at a variety of large companies, and it built a culture that treasured good people. Its acquisition was a very natural outcome of these relationships.
