About the Fellowship

What: A mentorship program that selects 6-8 high potential talents to teach them about how venture capital works.

Who: Undergrads, postgrads, and young professionals. USA and international accepted. Must be able to speak fluent English.

When: 3 months from end of February to end of May.

Where: Entirely remote; applicants are selected from all across the country and globe.

How: Weekly 10-hour commitment. No tuition fee. No application fee.

  • Twice-a-week seminar style with a partner at Romulus on learning how to find, identify, research, and invest in the most promising companies.

  • Hands-on VC experience applying what you learn in seminar into real practice by accompanying partners & associates to meetings with founders + doing analyses/research on potential investments.

  • Focus on current firm’s thesis in construction, real estate, and manufacturing technologies.

Why: You are someone who is intellectually curious about entrepreneurship & technology who wants to understand what makes a good startup through an intense hands-on experience. Top 1-2 fellows from each cohort class are invited to become part of the long-term team at Romulus Capital.

About our Culture

RC Venture Fellows shadow and work alongside the Romulus Capital team to investigate if an innovative idea, technology, or startup deserves funding. 

Content: What We Will Do Together at Romulus

  1. Due Diligence Support - Work alongside an RC investor to research and decide if we should invest in a particular startup or technology 

  2. Thesis-driven Sourcing - Develop an investment thesis with an RC investor and find companies to invest in 

  3. Personal Networking - Leverage the Romulus brand to network, learn, and build relationships with fellow investors, founders, experts in an industry of interest
